The rupture in the chest begins, the eyes shake, the hair is wild, the hospital is frantic, and the chest opens and explodes like a volcano of sewage. The ceiling is painted a bright red with black, horrible splotches that look like oil-colored jelly, a pulpy mosaic, and the shock and awe of doctors is frightening, the slimy creature perched in the ceiling corner, skinny legs like a spider, laughing a strangely deep laugh, masturbating, snarling and hissing, a nurse faints, the room frozen in fear, the window smeared with black rain.

It speaks with a thousand voices at once, the air in the room smells of sulfur and rot, old dirt and decay. "I no longer live in she, I will reign in thee". There is a whistling howl, and the world you know goes dark, an eternal darkness and violently beating heart, your chest hurts, and grows fat as if you are pregnant, you are colonized, it is in you now, it lives in you now, I am free of this.

I lay at God's feet, draped in white. I am alive and no longer breathing. You are screaming in lunacy, defecating, chewing on your wrists, pissing hot and slobbery speaking gibberish, you are dead and breathing, I will pray for you, you must endure this, as did I.
